Throughout the marketing for Predator: Badlands fans have speculated whether or not the one trophy skull mounted inside Kwei's ship belonged to a Harvester (from Independence Day) or a Martian (from War of the Worlds). Well, we finally have official confirmation from the cast and director themselves – settling the debate once and for all! Speaking to Elle Fanning and Dimitrius Schuster-Koloamatangi during an interview with Jake's Takes on YouTube (at the 3:20 mark), Fanning confirms that director Dan Trachtenberg had told her the skull did in fact belong to... a Harvester from Independence Day! The interview has only been online for a day, so this news is fairly fresh:

The Harvester skull is 1 of 11 Trophies Kwei had amassed on his wall inside his ship. You can read our full in-depth analysis of each skull and what they belong to, with supporting evidence here!
