A new TV spot for Predator: Badlands teases a little more about Weyland-Yutani's motives on the planet Genna! The voice overlay, which is accompanied by the iconic Alien Siren once again reads:
MU/TH/UR gave us this mission... to hunt a powerful creature, to exploit them...
The new TV spot shows Thia (or Tessa), along with the Drone Hunter Synths using flamethrowers to combat the killer Trees we saw Dek encounter previously. It also showcases some epic combat sequences between Dek and these same Synthetics! While Dek might be aided by Thia in the beginning of the film, perhaps her tune changes near the end as Weyland-Yutani's sinister motives become more apparent.
