Who will the antagonist be in Predator: Badlands?

AdminBroken TuskNov-17-2024 10:39 AMSince Dan Trachtenberg confirmed the Predator will actually be the protagonist in Badlands for a change, I'm curious what everyone thinks the antagonist will be?
Predator: Badlands will take place on an alien planet... not Earth, so it’s safe to assume Humans or an evil Human corporation won't be the only "evil" force. The Predator is gonna be the "hero", which suggests it will need to protect or save Human characters from something else.
Will the antagonist be a Canon enemy? Or a completely new creature? Another subspecies of Predator?
What do you think?
Personally, I suspect a creature bigger and badder than a Predator without entering Xenomorph territory.

Not sure I buy Predator facing off against Godzilla lol, but perhaps a monster sized like the Alien Queen in AvP would be acceptable. Can't wait to see more for this film come out!
