Let me Guess Female Wins (saves kid) everyone else dies, the end

When I saw the cast I knew that they were going to follow the pattern that all movies do. Female protagonist, everyone dies but her (she saves the kid) the End. I want to like movies these days but they are ALL the damn same. Unpredictability is what people want! What if the supposed main female badass got blown to bits and a side character become the main?! Do we always have to follow the same recipe or can we watch something surprising for once? Arnold and Danny Glover were awesome and they don’t make movies like they used to, all I gotta say.
